    I called tomake anappt. Was put onhold for 4hours and 55minutes!! Then Iwas disconnected. I’m changing PCP

        Worse experience todate. Ihad bloodwork onJune 8th tobe cleared for avery time sensitive surgery. Took over aweek toget the results. Another week later get acall from mysurgeon saying ofthe 7tests, they didn't receive3.HOW? SoI have togo back and draw blood yet again. Following day results come inand were “faxed”. Another week passes, surgeon still doesn't have myresults. Way too many phone calls later and mysurgery now has tobe rescheduled and Ihave topay $500out of pocket due tono fault ofmyown.

        And forget the Queen Creek location. Doctor there made very inappropriate comments saying that ifI was “married” Iwouldn't need anxiety medication.

        FIND ANOTHER OFFICE.

              I wish Icould give 0stars. Terrible customer service, unprofessional and incompetence atthe front desk and management.Dr. Lau isan amazing doctor and hopefully she finds abetter business towork with. Appointment staff and management isindifferent atbest and snide ifpressed but absolutely incompetent.

                Absolutely unbelievably terrible customer service.

                Got here 20minutes early. Filled out all the paperwork for the wife. Sat here and was told YOU NEED AMASK…ok..first. They were rude. Second. They didn’t have any masks toofferme. This issupposed tobe adoctors office. How inheavens don’t you have amask toprovideme?

                Super rude staff. I’m still waiting fifteen minutes past myappointment time and walk-ins are just flying past meto see adoctor. Skip this place atall costs. Terrible s

                    Dr. Kaplan isabsolutely amazing. She has been our doctor for about 7years, and she iscompetent, patient, straight forward without judgement, and thorough. She isthe reason westay.
                    The office staff, and their billing, however are unfriendly, dismissive, and don't know the proper billing procedures. Wehave tocall for clarification and correction often. This has only been since Steward Medical took over.

                    Changed toone star after yet another interaction with the rude front office staff.

                      So Ijust showed upfor my9o’clock appointment afew minutes before nine and she says tome we’re going toneed toreschedule. Just because I’m anew patient and Ineed tofill out paperwork. Icould not get there any sooner and Ican’t believe that they would turn someone away for being ontime and not early! Ihad avery important medication Ineed refilled. Iwill never come back tothis place again they treat people awful!

                        Have only been there once sofar, butMia, whom was upfront, was anabsolute delight. The doctor Iwas seeing, Allison Kaplan was incredible. I've had chronic migraines for most ofmy life and within the first 5min, Ialready felt better taken care ofthan any doctor inmy life. Iwas treated honestly and directly and was not treated like Imight bea drug addict. I've never been excited about adoctor's office before!

                            Terrible! Avoid this place front staff are not professional atall. They donot care about the patients. Doctors are okay but always late. Itried and gave them asecond chance and mysecond experience was even worse.

                              Dr. Kaplan iswonderful but like with all large medical businesses there are times when itcan befrustrating. She will fill out the paperwork necessary for areferral but the referral department will always process the referral and send you toone oftheir specialists instead ofthe ones that you have seen for years. Big hassle toget itchanged tothe correct doctor. You are lucky ifthe doctor ever gets amessage from you and isable tocall you back. The clerical staff thinks that they know what you need and try tomake decisions about everything that they are not qualified tomake. Some ofthem are good and helpful but their hands are tied bycorporate policies. Ifyou have toreturn tosee the doctor for afollow upor toget refills you have toschedule the appointment before you leave orthe people atthe call center will tell you tocall the morning you want tocomein. Idon't think they have any real way tocommunicate with each other and that's the problem. After ayear orso ofhaving the same primary doctor things gosmoothly because the staff knows what you expect and you will figure out how not toget the run around. Welcome tocorporate medicine and get used tobeing anumber not aperson.– show

                                  I don't know where all the negative reviews are from. Isaw aPA here when Icould not get into myprimary care and she was awesome. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. Are wetalking about the same office? The one located near the old Gilbert hospital?

                                  I altered review from 4stars to3stars due tothe horrible billing. The billing isgarbage and noeasy way topay. Online they sent you tothis portal and you have totype intis long address and when you get there, there isnothing tha

                                  t says pay here. You have tohover over your DRoffice and then clickin, and then itstill would not take myaccount number soI had tocall. Took 2times toget tosomeone whos computer worked.

                                  also ittook 4months toget abill. They said they changed tothis new system and Iwas finally billed inAug for visits inMarch and April.

                                      Office staff here are rude and forget calling toget help. They will continue toplace you onhold and give you the run around. MyDoctor has been great but this staff isridiculous and enough for meto leave.

                                      If you have prescriptions you need tofill and they dont follow through and forget, good luck getting them tohave any urgency for their mistake.

                                          This place isthe worst. Same day apts? Are you kiddingme? The doctors are the worst! They tell you tocall at730for achance tobe seen. However you'll sit onthe phone for anhour only for them totell you all apts are filled.. freaking joke. IfI could give 0stars, Iwould.
