FSU UPS Stores Discounts

The UPS Store provides printing services, notary services, house accounts, student storage, Passport and Photo ID services, document shredding, fax, package notification, and direct mail services (design, print, mail). Employees receive a 15% discount on personal UPS shipping, a 20% discount on personal document services, and a 25% discount on personal packing services at the UPS Store located at 206 S. Woodward Ave.

Grainger Discount Pricing

Grainger, an on-campus home improvement supply store, offers an extensive selection of products – plus solutions and technical expertise to support continuous improvement and cost savings initiatives. Grainger is the approved supplier to FSU for tools, lighting, janitorial, sanitation products, and more.

FSU employees are offered discounted pricing* on personal purchases at the Grainger campus store and the Grainger Pensacola Street store. *Discount amount may vary by product.

Office Depot/CDW-G Discount Pricing

Employees can purchase items (online only) for personal use from CDW-G at a discounted price and online/in-store from Office Depot. Employees must register with each of these suppliers to obtain discounts before shopping. Visit procurement.fsu.edu for additional details.

FSU Bookstore, Bill’s Bookstore, Seminole Sportshop

FSU Bookstore, Bill’s Bookstore, and Seminole Sportshop offer large selections of officially licensed products from top-quality brands.

Faculty and staff can receive a 15% discount on thousands of apparel and gift items. Employees can also take advantage of Apple Repairs and higher education pricing on technology needs with a valid FSUCard and use the convenient 3, 6, or 12-month financing options.

Discounted Opening Nights Tickets

Opening Nights presents compelling and distinguished artists who provide extraordinary experiences that educate, inspire, and connect diverse audiences on and off campus. Opening Nights has evolved into an annual series of performances from the fall to the spring, drawing a curated, lauded selection of artists to FSU’s campus year after year.

FSU employees are eligible to receive a discount on tickets for most performances, with a limit of two discounted tickets per employee per performance.

The Ringling Museum (Sarasota, FL)

The Ringling is located in Sarasota, Florida. FSU Employees receive up to eight (8) Member for a Day Passes per fiscal year plus 25% off memberships and museum store purchases. Please request tickets in advance by following the steps here.

StarMetro (Tallahassee city bus service)

StarMetro is the city-owned and operated public bus service for Tallahassee, FL. All FSU faculty and staff can ride any bus throughout the City of Tallahassee for free by swiping their valid FSUCard, saving up to $456 annually. U.S. Passport Acceptance Facility on Campus

The FSU International Programs office has been officially designated as a Passport Acceptance Facility by the U.S. Department of State. Students, faculty, staff, and members of the community can apply for a U.S. passport book and card, receive renewal advising, and receive photo services from this conveniently located office.

Completed applications for a U.S. Passport will be submitted along with all necessary documentation to Passport Services for approval and processing.

Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free, confidential program that provides a professional support system for the faculty and staff of the University. EAP is committed to improving the well-being of FSU employees through a program that helps address personal and/or workplace difficulties with licensed mental health professionals. Employees have access to short-term counseling, supervisor consults, organizational development opportunities, mediation services, and an emergency loan program.

Fitness Facilities

FSU Campus Recreation manages 2 indoor fitness facilities on campus for strength and cardio training, group fitness, fitness assessments, personal training, and various other recreational activities. Faculty and staff may purchase annual memberships to the Leach Recreation Center and the Fitness and Movement Clinic, with memberships available for payroll deduction.

In addition, employees enrolled in the State of Florida Capital Health Plan (CHP) HMO are eligible to receive a reimbursem*nt of up to $150 annually towards the purchase of a fitness membership.

Faculty and Staff Meal Plans

Seminole Dining is proudly partnered with Aramark to bring diversity and innovation to the dining program at FSU. Aramark creates dining experiences based on social interaction, global research, and expert dietitian guidance to ensure the best for the FSU community and student access.

Salaried faculty and staff are eligible to purchase a meal plan, which can be paid for through payroll deductions. Flexible meal plan options are available for as little as $6 per meal.

Software Discounts

The FSU Information Technology Services (ITS) online store provides free and discounted software at special educational pricing for students, faculty, and staff at FSU.

Employees can download free Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud for personal computers or purchase discounted software—including Microsoft Windows and Norton Security—through the ITS Software Store.
