Horrible Customer Service! NEVER got my food .. but I sure did pay for it!

I wish there were zero stars available, since it is hard to give ANY stars to a business that didn't/couldn't complete a lunch order in less than the lunch hour. I ordered online at 11:53 and as of 12:45 was told there were still 5...tickets ahead of mine and I would not be getting my food. Absolutely horrible customer service and attitude from the employee's who contributed to this rat hole stealing my money and not providing the product I paid for.DO NOT go to this place if you actually want to eat anything but stale air!More

TOO MANY FEES!!!

Ordered on line received food at time stated. Sandwich still warm. Nice size salad portions. Enough to take homeBUT!! Paid for an avocado salad. NO avocado !!!!!! Called and girl said” sorry bout that, next time you’re in we will give u a discount”...told her ordered on line. She said “oh”..... nothing else. Didn’t really care!!The worst was we had a $28 bill!! When food was delivered the bill was over $40!!!! I added a $4 tip. The rest was FEES!! Didn’t know bout “3”different fees!!! Will not order from there again!!!!Got three stars cause food was very good!!More

Excellent sandwich.

Had a great corned beef and swiss on rye at McAlisters in Marietta, GA the other day. I specified nothing else on the sandwich except mustard on the side. Extremely flavorable. Picture attached of half of the sandwich.Side order was Spud Chips. Very nice...and crunchy.More

Excellent wraps

The location of this restaurant is pretty dicey. It's off a busy street around a hospital complex that comes right off the highway. So take care when navigating to this restaurant.Of course the dining room was closed, due to COVID. But the workers were...nonetheless friendly and very helpful.My veggie wrap was super fresh and tasty. The avocado was a nice addition, but no ingredients overpowered any other; perfect combination. The wrap was cut in half, and each bite yields 4 significant bites. Yum. The wrap is big enough to eat half now, half later. The kettle cooked chips, branded by McAlister, were also fresh with lots of crunch. Good choice of sides.This is a good place to stop if you're supporting a family member who's receiving medical treatment or undergoing surgery. My wife should be pleasantly surprised to see her Harvest Chicken Salad w/vinaigrette. Always good to please our other halfs...Stop on in. For $6 or $7, you get a solid lunch that's sure to hit the spot. A rare 5 stars from this reviewer.More

Great Food, Excellent Service!

This new restaurant did not disappoint. I went here twice this week while on business at the hospital across the street. The food was excellent, hot and came out in a very timely manner. The service here is excellent. Everyone who works here is very...engaging and friendly. Asking how the food and service was and generally caring about their guests.More

On a dark and rainy night

WE went here for a quick dinner. We were first introduced to McAlisters in West Texas some years ago as they were the only place open ( had a generator) after an ice storm and we have eaten at others since.This on is relatively...new and working on getting things. I ordered a 4 cheese w/tomato sandwich and it was good, bread was very fresh but a bit more tomato would have made it perferct. Their tea is good and the staff most friendlyMy husband is hooked on their club sandwich so he was in hog heaven getting it. His side was the cucumbers and tomatos with onion and he had alot of onion and not so much the other but then again, he is an onion lover.The inside was chilly but then again, our weather has been quite shifty . Over all, fine!More

I went there on opening day, it was pretty good but it was a takeout. But I returned for dining in last Thursday and had a pretty good meal on top of great service. Lunch time is pretty busy but there's enough employees working to...expedite your order. I sat down with my wife, it didn't take long before the young lady brought us our food. On several occasions she checked on us to make sure things were going well. The manager even came by and offered me more rotel for my meal. There's free refills and I really liked their strawberry lemonade even though I own a cup from opening day for free icetea for a year.More
