When you customize a static card, we create a wedding website link for you that you can share with your friends and relatives for free. Animated invite can be shared for free as a link, after paying 299 and downloading it is a non-animated PDF file.
And, if you want to download the static card and share, we charge a nominal download fee. The downloaded card will be a non animated static wedding invite. If you want to get an animated / video card, you can choose video invite templates from here, that starts at just INR 749.

No, the static cards are downloaded in a pdf format hence they are not animated. Animations are available in only video cards.

We have a strict no cancellation and no refund policy. Any order once placed cannot be cancelled. However in case of technical glitches if any at our end we do initiate the refund
